My ILP

So here is my ILP

Learning Activities:

Learning Activity 1
I will develop a PDP for the coming year, to include a short section looking at both the PDP process and the lack of support for such processes in my workplace.
I will produce a list of workplace learning both formal and informal that I have undertaken since June 2003.
Completion Date: 22/5/04

 Learning Activity 2
Identify significant learning from my list of workplace learning activities. For the workplace learning identified, I will collect evidence of learning & add this to my learning portfolio. This will include evaluations, certificates, reflections from my learning journal, mind maps etc. I will identify 3- 5 of these significant events to reflect and focus on in the stitching section.
Completion Date: 23/5/04

Learning Activity 3
The "Stitching Together" in the form of a report.
Using the reflective processes developed in term 2 I will analyse and evaluate my learning. I will provide detailed reflections and evaluations of the significant learning activities detailed above. I will then analyse and report on, what I have learned, why this learning is worthwhile in my context, what I do differently now or in the future as a result of these activities. I will show what difference my learning has made.
I will use these evaluations to make a PDP with SMART targets for the coming year.

Phew, finally got there!
Seen and agreed by my LF:-)

Sorry Eve- bad case of the giggles about the KS2 store:-) We've all had this sort of nonsense! Ask Lisa some time and she'll fill you in on the finer points of paint pot washing! Linda

Sighs of relief all round - not least from the LF's! I'm about to change my ILP.

My 'appraisal' wasn't - it was basically a 'where are we now' exercise - very little feedback - I was told that I would get that next year - this was basically setting out what I do as a basis for evaluation over the next year. My objectives are:
1.Support for pupils / teachers -
To ensure that liaison with teachers and other adults within teams is as efficient as possible. This will include issues of communication, recording work planned, covered and assessed and the recording and analysis of pupil progress.
That one's in there because all the teachers have that one and it complements their appraisal system.
2. Support for school / curriculum -
To maintain the KS2 stationery storage area.
DON'T LAUGH!
3. Personal target / Continuing Professional Development -
To start HLTA Training and achieve accreditation.
Only one that really applies - I can't use this for producing a PDP - looks like I shall have to go back to basics again.
I shall evaluate my learning from report 1 and then identify new/continuing areas and write a PDP for next year - so i shall probably do La2, La3 and La1 in that order!
Sorry to waffle - I think this will be going in the private journal somehow!
