a four hour training programme for other SSAs to learn to provide the Better Reading Partners scheme.
retraining of SSAs in the administration of the school reading scheme. This involved a two hour workshop on how to use the scheme in combination with ‘real books’ to provide a varied learning experience tailored to the individual child.
